CALLED-UP CAPITAL
Заявленный к оплате капитал
Часть номинальной стоимости акционерного капитала компании, которая подлежит оплате при выпуске акций. Имеется в виду случай, когда компания выпускает акции на условиях поэтапной оплаты. Заявленный к оплате капитал обычно равняется величине оплаченного капитала (см. Paid-up capital) за исключением тех случаев, когда некоторые акционеры вовремя не уплатили очередной взнос (см. Calls in arrears). См. Share issue.
